I just want to take this time to say "Thank you" to some very dedicated and wonderful employees that you have working for you!! Let me give you some background info first. I had called in during the week of Easter and ordered some balloons for our Easter Sunrise Service. Due to my misunderstanding, I thought I could pay for this order at the time of pick-up. I arrive on Saturday afternoon, April 7th to pick up my order and found that it wasn't ready. After some discussion and grumpy discussion on my part (which I apologize for!), my order was filled per my original order of 100 helium filled balloons in spring colors (no weights).
I would personally like to say thank you to ____, ______ and _____ for filling this order so quickly and with no grumbling-even though they were super busy filling other orders during a crazy holiday weekend!!! I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond their duties for that day and help me create these wonderful balloons that were used during our Easter services for a balloon release!! I really can't say how appreciative I am of these ladies!!!! They really worked as a team and helped me out in my time of crisis!!!!
Recently, I went to Nobbies to have a balloon order filled for our gender reveal party my husband and I were throwing when we learned whether we were having a little boy or girl. I brought the results in on envelope and explained the idea to _____ and another girl in the balloon section. They were AMAZING to work with and so helpful and friendly. ____ even called to let me know they were ready and to follow up as well as included a nice "congrats" card and bubblegum cigars to celebrate. Needless to say it was the best customer service experience I've ever received and I wanted to say THANKS! They ensured that our experience was 100% and we were both surprised and excited to find out were having a little boy in November. Thank you to Nobbies and especially ____ for making the experience so memorable. Thanks again.
