OMAHA (KPTM)- Many people escaped the rain, and got in touch with their creative sides today with some free art classes.
Arts For All Inc hosted the free programs at the Oak View Mall.
There were all different types of classes; everything from arts and crafts sessions, violin lessons, music classes and even dance recitals.
Parents were not only excited to watch their kids perform, but happy about the cost as well.
"Arts For All is just a good opportunity
for kids and adults in general because it's a really inexpensive way to get art,
music, dance classes that a lot of us could not participate in without you know
a venue like arts for all," said Sandra Larsen whose daughters were
dancing at the event.
Arts For All is a nonprofit organization, offering many art classes at a lowered price. People can register for music, instrument, creative writing, drawing, and acting classes at any of the three locations.
