GAINESVILLE, Fla., June 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Bosshardt Realty Services, LLC invited Ed Hatch, a certified instructor for the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) to teach course CRS 201 "Listing Strategies for the Residential Specialist" to 44 Bosshardt REALTORS® earlier this week. Out of the group, 16 Bosshardt REALTORS® have qualified for the Certified Residential Specialist designation based on their previous production.
The course focuses on providing professionals with the tools necessary to learn strategies that secure sales and increase conversion rate. It teaches important skills including: conducting effective listing presentations; providing seller guidance and counseling; offering strategies for pricing a home to sell and closing a transaction; development of marketing plan systems; and also teaches REALTORS® how to market and promote themselves effectively.
