NRD Officials: Flooding in North Omaha Will Move South, Test Levees

OMAHA (KPTM) - An official with the Papio Missouri River NRD tells FOX 42 News its members are monitoring levees along the Papio Creek Tuesday night.

The creek started swelling by 8 p.m. Ralston Police officers are at 70th and Harrison and 66th and Harrison keeping a watch of the situation as well.

Eric Anderson posted a Twitter photo of the creek at Dodge, showing the water surging above normal levels.

There appears to be no flood threat at this time.
